The amount will be deducted from your account, when the purchased item(s) leaves our stock.

Prices are included Danish VAT. 


When we have received your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

We reserve the right not to deliver in the case that our stock level was incorrect at the time we received the order.
If we should be unable to deliver the order, or parts of it, we will contact you by e-mail or phone, and you will have the opportunity to cancel the order.


Shipping & Delivery

All DK orders above 1000 DKK will have free shipping.

Orders below 1000 DKK will cost 60 DKK with GLS Denmark.
All standard orders in Denmark are shipped with GLS.
Delivery time in Denmark is usually 1-3 working days.

All EU orders above 1500 DKK will have free shipping with GLS.

Orders below 1500 DKK will cost 150 DKK with GLS or 200 DKK with DHL Express.
Delivery time is usually 3-5 working days.
The price will be calculated in your local currency at checkout.  

All non-EU orders will be shipped with DHL Worldwide and cost 220 DKK

Delivery time is usually 3-7 working days.
The prices will be calculated to your local currency at checkout. 

All international orders (including United Kingdom) will be charged with import duty and taxes directly from DHL.  

Return Policy
If you want to change a product into another size, color etc, please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. NB. In case of returns or exchange of goods the shipping cost are held by the customer.

According to danish law, you are covered by a legal two-year manufacturing guarantee. 

if you wish to make a complaint, you must do so within a reasonable time frame and latest within two months.  

if your complaint regards a defect in a product, we advise you to contact us at hello@foretstudio.dk as soon as you have found the defect, to shorten the processing time for your claim. 

in the case that we cannot justify the claim, the shipping expenses are on your own account.
